RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet walk-in customers, retrieve filled prescriptions, and process payments for prescription and OTC products
• Answer incoming patient calls and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Contact patients when prescriptions are received
• Assist with daily outgoing shipments and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Candidates should have work experience in a pharmacy or office setting
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize activities requiring first attention
• Must be dependable
• Must adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional rapport with all customers, employees and vendors
