Essential Duties Include:

• Provides safe patient transportation to and from the Outpatient Program as scheduled in company provided van
• Maintains communication with facility staff regarding schedule and location throughout the day.
• Ensures patients and other passengers are safely in the vehicle and are using safety belts prior to driving vehicle to next destination.
• Follows all traffic safety laws and vehicle safety guidelines.
• Ensures that vehicle received regular maintenance per schedule and completed vehicle safety checks.
• Candidate must possess current, unrestricted Louisiana Driver’s License.
• Current Unrestricted Chauffeur's License in the State of Louisiana.
• CPR Certified
