Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food handler certification
• Startup kitchen experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Dietary (minimum of 1 year supervisory) preferred
• Knowledge of nutrition, food preparation, and infection control

Essential duties include:

• Responsible for menu development for cafeteria services and patient feeding
• Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work area
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
• Receive and stock food service inventory
• Managing and scheduling kitchen staff
• Weekly supply orders for kitchen
• Monthly test tray audits
