St. Joseph Hospice is seeking a Full Time and PRN Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our team and become part of our center of excellence as we provide hospice care to our patients and their loved ones. We consider it an honor to walk with patients and families through this part of life's journey.

Job Duties:

• Provide personal care and assistance with homemaking tasks in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate and follow up with supervisor and co-workers regarding patient needs, care, or concerns
• Promote positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma
• Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
• Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in a direct care setting
• CPR Certified
• Have dependable transportation, current driver’s license and auto insurance
