Sage Rehab Hospital is hiring a Full Time Unit Secretary!

Duties:

• Provides general administrative, clerical and support services to the clinical unit assigned
• Ensures optimal and safe patient care by supporting medical and nursing staff
• Keeps medical records and all patient care related documents secured and in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Greet visitors and direct them to patient rooms
• Performs receptionist duties

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a rotation schedule of 12 hour shifts
• Have dependable transportation
• Patient care oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• At least one year of medical or hospital office experience preferred
