We’re seeking an experienced, motivated nursing leader to join our administrative team. The DON plays a key role in shaping policy, improving patient care, and leading nursing practices across the facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all nursing practices and operations
• Participating in strategic planning and hospital decision-making
• Implementing quality improvement and patient care strategies

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Louisiana Registered Nursing Licensure (RN)
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years’ experience in nursing administration.
• Two years’ experience as a director or associate director of a department of nursing.
• Current CPR certification
