**$3,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-Time**

Shifts available:

• Monday thru Friday 6am-2pm
• Monday thru Friday 2pm-10pm
• Weekends 10pm-6am
• Weekends 6a-10p - Work 32 hours, get paid for 40

Requirements:

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Have dependable transportation, driver’s license, and car insurance
