Mid City Community Nursing and Rehab is hiring for a Team Lead CNA to join their patient care team!

Team Lead CNA Schedule will be 2pm-10pm Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the State of Louisiana
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification
• Long Term Care and Scheduling experience required
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team lead required
• Patient care oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time Management Skills
• Reliable Transportation

Job Duties:

• Monthly and daily scheduling for 10am - 6pm shift
• Rounding on all residents
• Take an assigned section in the event that facility is short-staffed
• Participate in on-call one weekend a month
• Perform all other CNA duties as needed
