Duties:

• Attends annual review and in-services
• Complies will all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices
• Administers and organize daily activities for Case Managers
• Directly supervises all employees and their location associated with the clinical aspect of home health care
• Assure compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines, and company policies
• Identifies and evaluates client needs and appropriateness of home care by reviewing the initial intake screening form before assignment of direct care staff
• Appraises staff performance during their probationary period and annually
• Performs Case Management of patient load
• Coordinates and schedules the daily work load of each district utilizing Agency personnel to their fullest capacity

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Louisiana
• Minimum one year experience working in home health or hospice setting
• Minimum one year supervisory and administrative experience preferred
• Three years of experience as a registered nurse
• HCHB experience preferred
